Making A Purchase
Making a purchase’s could not be easier. Just browse through our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Don't worry items are easily removed. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and American Express. Payments are processed securely via protex.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to ship most items from stock within 24 hours of receipt of order. Some items are sent to customers direct from our suppliers to speed up delivery where items are not in stock
Items Not In Stock
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

When the order is placed at our website, card payments are processed using a secure connection provided by PROTX. All transactions are 128bit encryped and the card capture pages carry the VeriSign logo and secure padlock.

All products are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
We know that some of products we sell are essential to the wellbeing of your Koi. We will endeavour to be as flexible as possible in any instances where under warranty products fail.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5% is included on all orders. And on all products listed on this website.
Returns Policy
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery by returning the product to the address above.
Your product(s) must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories.
Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs and other software must not be opened, Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product(s) must also be returned.
You will receive a full refund, minus the original carriage charge for sending it to you. You will be liable to pay return postage costs if we have despatched the goods prior to your cancellation being received.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- you return your product without proof of purchase
- the seal has been broken on any software, video or DVD
- the goods were a special order to your specification.
