Once you have registered as a Koi Island member (see: How To Register ) you can use your Email Address and Password to login. Once logged in, you can view or change your personal details, see your order history and much more.

Your Password will have been sent to you in a "Welcome" email when you first registered. If you have lost the email and can't remember the password, or if you changed the password yourself and have forgotten it, you can retrieve it again via email by leaving the "Email" and "Password" fields blank and pressing the "Login" button (see Fig 2.1), this will make the control panel display a "Forgotten Password?" button (see Fig 2.2).


Clicking on the "Forgotten Password?" button at the top of the screen will take you to the Forgotten Password page. Here you will be asked to enter your Email Address and if a Koi Island account exists with that Email Address, a Password will be sent to it.

To login, enter your Email Address and Password into the control panel at the top of the page and click the "Login" button. If you were successfully logged in, the control panel at the top of the screen will display a welcome message, your name, 4 new buttons and the quantity / amount you currently have in your shopping basket (see Fig 2.3). Click "My Account" to access your account details. Click "Basket" to view the items currently in your basket and click "Checkout" to place your order.

For security, you will be logged out automatically when you leave the site or you can click on the "Log Out" button at any time (see Fig 2.3).
