If you have registered before or have made a previous online purchase with us, there is no need to register again. Simply login at the top of the page. (see: Logging In)

At the top right of every page you will notice a small control panel (see Fig 1.1). This control panel has many functions which will be highlighted in other sections.

Your first view of the control panel will have 2 buttons available "Register" and "Login". Click the "Register" button to take you to the registration page.

On the registration page you presented with the Basic Details form (see Fig 1.2 ) please enter an address that matches your debit/credit card address. If and when you make a purchase at Koi Island, the address you supply here will be checked against the address that the debit/credit card is registered to. If the two don't match, the purchase will be declined.

To the side of the Basic Details panel you will find "Delivery Address".(see Fig 1.3) Here you can enter an alternative address that you can have your purchases sent to. If the delivery address is the same as the one for your debit/credit card, click on the button that says "Same Address". This will automatically fill in the delivery address form for you with the same data you entered for your basic details.

The next step is to enter your membership details (see Fig 1.4). Here you enter your Email Address that all your Koi Island order confirmations will go to. After you have entered your Email Address you must enter a memorable password which you will use the next time you login.

After all information has been completed just press the "Save Details" button. This will automatically log you into the site and take you back to the home page.

Notice How your control panel has now changed and is displaying your name, 4 new buttons and the quantity / amount currently in your shopping basket.
